SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders are shipped via
USPS Priority or Express Mail. Shipping rates are based on Flat Rate
fees. Domestic Packages up to and including 1 lb are billed Priority
$4.05 or Express $18.80.
Domestic orders in excess of weight limitations will be charged
prevailing USPS rates.
International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail -
at prevailing USPS rates.
All orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. In the event shipping
rates exceed the Flat Rate schedule, or if shipping is international,
you will be notified of additional shipping charges.
Merchant of Murano accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and
Discover.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your shipment, Merchant of Murano
maintains a 30 day return policy, limited to product purchase. Items
must be returned as sold. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Taxable Items: All items shipped to destinations in the State of
California are subject to a 7.75% tax. Tax exempt status and discounts
are available to California Resellers. Click here for the

Backorders: Items that are backordered will be shipped as they become
available. Should you choose to cancel any items on backorder, please
send an e-mail with the item number and quantity to be cancelled.
Wholesalers: To apply for wholesale discounts, Please fill out the
Reseller application form.
3 WAYS TO ORDER
1) The Online Shopping Cart provides an easy method to purchase
items from the online storefront. To guarantee security, all credit
cards are maintained on a "Secure" server. Orders placed will receive an
e-mail confirmation of receipt and order status. This confirmation will
include the requested shipping method and associated charges.
2) E-mail. Send an e-mail to
orders@merchantofmurano.com.
Send us a list of item numbers and quantity along with desired shipping
(USPS Priority or USPS Express). DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT INFORMATION!
We will reply with a confirmation and request for Payment.
3) Telephone. The old fashioned way. Call us 9-5 Pacific Time
858-309-2525. We will be happy to complete your order over the
telephone.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
International rates will be based on the prevailing USPS rates for
Global Priority and Global Express Mail. These fees will be included
in the order confirmation prior to shipment. Prevailing Rates for
